We accompany the complete tender management process. We use the baseline to prepare the tender documentation and the request for proposal. We then collect, analyse and prioritise the offers based on these objectives.
As a key result, we present you with a selection of service providers that meet the agreed requirements, including their evaluation as a basis for decision-making. Finally, based on the tender documents, we prepare the service descriptions and service level agreements for the outsourcing contract and support you in contract negotiations and closing.
