Service Management

In the age of digitalization, future-proof IT and sustainable service management form the backbone of business processes. They are the basis for a technology-based transformation into new business areas. In many companies, however, these structures have grown historically. Even gaining an overview of the individual IT services and technologies deployed represents a major challenge. But only on this basis can companies make well-founded decisions on IT services, be it in sourcing, resource management or the assignment of roles and responsibilities.

We assist our customers in building up these core competencies – from designing sustainable services for cloud computing or enterprise IT, to creating professional service specifications for contracts with technology suppliers and implementing IT services.

Our consultants evaluate the relevant technology environment at our customers’ sites and apply best practices such as ITIL® and DevOps. In line with the individual technological footprint, we create and implement the custom-fit Target Operating Model (TOM) in the organizational and operational structure of our customers and their IT providers.
