The Young Professional Programme at best-practice innovations is aimed at graduates interested in entering the consulting world. Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Science or Arts with a suitable background and good German language skills are welcome to apply for a position in b-pi’s Young Professional Programme.

Young Professionals at best-practice innovations

As a Young Professional, you will be directly assigned to a challenging project with one of our clients. One of our experienced consultants will accompany you as mentor to help you get started.

Our employees are the most important key to our success. We offer you fair working hours, flexible, individual workplace agreements, and suitable remuneration. Overtime is compensated by either additional leave or pay. When not working on a customer project, you can work from home, there is no need to be at our headquarters in Cologne. Apart from your attractive basic salary, we also offer a variable component and other benefits depending on your performance and commitment.

One of the essential keys to our success and a contribution to our employees’ motivation is the initial and ongoing training we provide. best-practice innovations offers you as Young Professional extensive training in established industry best practice frameworks for IT service management (ITIL®), project management (PRINCE2®) and IT governance (COBIT®).
