Business Process Digitalisation

Digitalisation is an ongoing process of change, induced by digital technologies, that affects the entire community, including our clients. Digital transformation can only succeed if it is deeply embedded in the business processes. Existing processes need to be optimised and new processes developed. The IT itself has to digitalise its processes to meet the increased demands of flexibility and efficiency. Companies thus face great challenges – but there is often not even a clear picture of the internal processes and responsibilities, in structures that have evolved over time. We help our clients on the road to successful long-term digital transformation.

In cooperation with process owners, managers and employees, we decipher this picture for our clients, identify digitalisation potential, and design use cases for digital archiving in business processes. On this basis, we develop new digital business models and create suitable cultural and technological conditions for their implementation based on individual digitalisation architectures. On the IT side, we help establish service automation as competency within the IT organisation. We indicate clear implementation paths and support companies during implementation in house. We check that the organisational and technological requirements are met, and help to establish missing functions within the organisation.
